User Agreement & Terms of Service
Welcome to Tuvyo. By accessing or using the Tuvyo website, mobile applications, or associated video and text communication services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.
1. Age & Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Tuvyo Service. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using Tuvyo. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
2. Nature of the Anonymous Service
Tuvyo pairs users randomly for one-on-one text and video conversations. You acknowledge that conversations take place with strangers whose identities are not verified by Tuvyo. You agree to exercise caution, sound judgment, and personal discretion during all interactions.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using Tuvyo, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Broadcast, transmit, or display any sexually explicit content, nudity, or obscene materials.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or defame any person.
- Promote hate speech, violence, racial hatred, or discrimination against any group.
- Transmit any malicious software, viruses, or automated scraping bots.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt Tuvyo’s servers or peer-to-peer protocols.
- Solicit personal identification information, financial data, or credentials from other users.
4. Monitoring and Moderation
To maintain community safety, Tuvyo employs automated automated moderation systems and relies on user reports. Tuvyo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate access, blacklist IP addresses, or ban devices for any violations without prior notice.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tuvyo does not control the content or behavior of strangers you connect with and disclaims any liability arising from user interactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tuvyo, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
